There are a lot of games where you need some companion to play the game even sometime you need more than one player . Yes I am talking about the games like cricket , hockey , baseball & football . These are some kind of games where around 11 players are necessary for one team to play a game . Now the question is how to win this kind of game where the dependencies are distributed . For example you are the team captain and you are dedicated to develop good understanding among the players . Now if you are a good player and you have played well the game but some of your guys don’t play well and they never show any good performance even they have guts and they can play well . Now this is the point where the actual need of captain is required .If the captain will be good then he can easily know that something fishy going on among the players and he should solve out this matter to make their team as a single body which is powered by multi players . You guys know well that you can’t win any game without some team work and without gathering . If everyone at their position will think for the betterment of the team then the goal of captain is completed .
